Biography
Nick Roxburgh is a counsel in the Private Funds Group in Weil’s London office. Nick advises fund managers on the formation and structuring of private funds, across all major asset classes including private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, fund-of-funds and GP stakes. Nick specialises in the structuring of multi-jurisdictional co-mingled funds, as well as co-invests, carried interest vehicles, AIVs and customised solutions. In addition, Nick has substantial experience advising fund managers on the on-going operation of funds and fund financings, as well as providing strategic advice in respect of the spin-out/establishment of new fund managers.
Prior to joining Weil, Nick was a member of the private funds team at a US-headquartered international firm in London, and has completed a significant number of transactions on behalf of clients including Bain Capital, Dyal Capital, Goldman Sachs, Permira and RBC BlueBay Asset Management.
