Priya Kamath
Priya Kamath is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group, where she focuses on litigating complex commercial and intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts.

Priya has served on Weil teams representing clients in a variety of fields, including aviation, media, technology and medical devices.

Priya received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was the recipient of the Irving Oberman Memorial Prize in Law and Social Change, served as an Executive Board Member of the Civil Rights – Civil Liberties Law Journal, and also served as the Student Government DEI Committee Chair. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from the University of Florida.

In addition, Priya maintains an active pro bono practice, including work with the American Folk Art Museum, the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project (STOP), and the Innocence Project.
