Robert Eyres is an associate in Weil’s antitrust practice and advises private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and corporations across a wide range of industry sectors.
Representative experience, including from his previous firm, includes advising:
- Microsoft Corporation on its $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, including Phase 2 investigations in the EU and UK and appeal proceedings before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal
- Lumos Investment Holdings LP and its subsidiary PRO Unlimited Global Netherlands, B.V. on the acquisition of Brainnet Group
- SoftBank Vision Fund II on its investment in the Series D financing of Job and Talent Holding Limited
- Aroundtown SA alongside CPI Property Group S.A. in the acquisition of Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited
- AS Graanul Invest on the sale of a majority stake to Apollo Global Management, Inc.
