Biography
Sam Rosenbloom is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Sam participates in the representation of public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Sam has been part of the teams advising:
- DT Midstream, Inc. in its $1.2 billion acquisition of a portfolio of three FERC-regulated natural gas transmission pipelines from ONEOK, Inc.
- Graycliff Partners in the sale of Landmark Structures to Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.
- PSG and Trade School Software in its acquisition of Course Key, Inc.
Sam received his J.D., summa cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and his B.A. from New York University.
