Biography
Veronika Koch is an associate in the Corporate department of our Frankfurt office. She advises primarily on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as on general corporate law matters.
Veronika studied law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn (law degree 2016) and completed her doctoral thesis (Dr. jur.) in 2019. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. She was admitted to practice in Germany in 2021. Prior to joining Weil, Veronika worked as an associate in the corporate/M&A team at Linklaters in Düsseldorf.
Veronika is fluent in German and English.
