Biography
Yalini is an associate in the Restructuring team in London.
She advises on cross-border and domestic debt restructurings, representing a number of private equity houses and financial institutions in a range of financing transactions, including restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and bank/bond structures.
Representative experience as part of a team, including prior to joining Weil, includes advising:
- Advising the financing sources on EQT-led Consortium’s GBP4.6 billion cash offer for Dechra Pharma Plc, a veterinarian pharmaceutical company
- Advising the ad hoc committee for the Keter Group in the restructuring of its existing debt of EUR1.2 billion
- Advising the ad hoc committee of holders of €200 million convertible notes and €300 million senior unsecured notes on the financial restructuring of Corestate Capital Holding S.A.
- Advising EIG on a flexible credit facility of EUR300 million to the Danish solar energy company Nordic Solar
- Advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as lead arranger and bookrunner, in connection with a USD400 million term loan facility for FARFETCH
Prior to joining Weil, Yalini was an associate at a US-headquartered international firm in London.
