Weil advised PSG in its $175 million strategic growth investment in Element451, Inc., an AI-powered higher education CRM platform, helping institutions create meaningful, personalized, and engaging interactions with students. This investment aims to position Element451, Inc. to meet the increasing demand for AI-powered student engagement solutions in higher education and other educational environments.
