Biography
Brittany Burnham is a partner in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Brittany represents private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Brittany received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from George Washington University.
