Biography
Evelyn Medai is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on a broad range of disputes in state and federal courts nationwide.
Evelyn’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:
- An air medical emergency transport company in a False Claims Act litigation
- GlobalFoundries in a multibillion-dollar breach of contract dispute with IBM arising from its acquisition of IBM’s chip manufacturing business
In addition, Evelyn maintains an active pro bono practice, including work for the Innocence Project.
Evelyn received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law where she was the Notes Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
