In 2024, Weil opened new offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco – anchored by distinguished private equity dealmakers Tana Ryan and Navneeta Rekhi – after being a key player in Silicon Valley for more than three decades. The arrival of Tana and Nav was quickly followed by the additions of Los Angeles-based Private Equity partner Alice Yuan and San Francisco-based Technology & IP Transactions partner Max Scott.
