Biography
Christian Lobello is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Christian participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Christian has been part of the teams advising:
- Bain Capital and Pine Island Capital Partners in the sale of Precinmac to Centerbridge Partners
- Blackstone in its $300 million investment in DataDirect Networks
- PX3 Partners and its portfolio company Cleanova in its acquisition of Micronics Engineered Filtration Group Inc.
- Seven2 and its portfolio company Vitaprotech Group SAS in its acquisition of the physical security, access card, and identity reader operations and assets of Identiv, Inc.
Christian received his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he served as the Senior Notes & Comments Editor of Tulane Law Review, and his B.S., cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
