Weil is advising Blackstone Tactical Opportunities in its $300 million investment in DDN, a global leader in AI and data intelligence solutions, in a transaction valuing DDN at $5 billion. The investment will be used to help fund DDN’s continued rapid growth as it serves its customers’ AI and high-performance computing (HPC) software and infrastructure needs.
