Eileen Creaser
Eileen Creaser is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Eileen participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Eileen has been part of the teams advising:

  • Air Methods Corporation (a portfolio company of American Securities) in connection with its prepackaged chapter 11 cases, resulting in a $1.7 billion deleveraging; its $250 million senior secured term loan facility; and, as issuer, in a $185 million rights offering to holders of certain of its secured lenders in connection with Air Methods' emergence from Chapter 11
  • Arcade Beauty, a leading global beauty company providing both retail and sampling solutions, in connection with its out-of-court recapitalization
  • The Home Depot in its $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
  • Howden Group Holdings Limited (an investee company of General Atlantic, CDPQ and Hg) in its acquisition of TigerRisk Partners, LLC
  • MarketAxess Holdings Inc. in its acquisition of MuniBrokers, LLC
  • Sunoco LP in its approximately $7.3 billion acquisition of NuStar Energy L.P.

Eileen received her J.D., cum laude, from St John's University School of Law, where she was Associate Managing Editor of the St. John’s Law Review. She received her B.S. from the University of Richmond.
