Biography
Jake Pero is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Jake participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Jake received his J.D. from the University of Michigan and his B.S., cum laude, from Cornell University.
