Biography
John Bradshaw is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. John participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Prior to joining Weil, John worked as a Legal and Compliance Analyst at Blackstone in New York.
John received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, and his B.A. from New York University.
