Edward Martin is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Edward participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Edward received his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from The University of Houston Law Center, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review. He received his B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin.
