Biography

Matt Biondolillo is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Matt participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining Weil, Matt was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University at Buffalo and an Assistant Professor at Dominican College.
Matt received his J.D., summa cum laude, Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers, from the University at Buffalo School of Law, The State University of New York, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Buffalo Law Review and was the recipient of the John N. Bennett Achievement Award. During law school, he served as a summer judicial intern to Judge Julio Fuentes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia. He received his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and his B.S. from Syracuse University.
