Weil Advises Goldman Sachs Alternatives in Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Sila Services

Weil is advising Goldman Sachs Alternatives in the acquisition by its private equity business of a majority stake in Sila Services, a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, from affiliates of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
