Weil is advising Seven2 portfolio company Vitaprotech in its acquisition of the physical security, access card, and identity reader operations and assets of Identiv, a global security and identification leader. Under the terms of the agreement, Identiv will receive a cash payment of $145 million upon closing, which is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2024.
